Digital Product Passport for your business
A practical DPP system for small and mid-sized manufacturers that need to move from ESPR requirements to real implementation without a long IT project.
For small and mid-sized manufacturers that want DPP without operational chaos
One structured system for generating passports, publishing product pages and collecting scan intelligence.
5 spots for companies that want to roll out DPP ahead of the market
This is a limited programme for companies that want to co-shape OriginPass and move faster into practical rollout. Together we refine the features that will meaningfully reduce your team's workload during the ESPR season.
6 months at no cost
Full platform access during the pilot period. No hidden caps, no setup fee, no card required upfront.
Influence on the product backlog
Your feedback goes directly into the product backlog and gets priority when planning the first release.
First access to new modules
Companies in the programme test new features before launch. The most important needs go directly into the first-release roadmap.
Flexible way of working
We don't dictate how we collaborate. We can work through backlog, email or calls — we set a rhythm that works for you.
In return we ask for honest feedback and a short letter of intent — a non-binding statement that you are planning a DPP rollout and will consider moving to a paid plan after the pilot.
Submit your company to the programmeEverything you need to roll out a DPP under ESPR
One system - from generating codes, through hosting passports, to analyzing who and where scans your products.
QR code & product identifier generator
Automatic generation of codes for labels, packaging and digital touchpoints — based on GS1 Digital Link or on a temporary internal identifier if you don't have a GTIN yet. Supports Model, Batch and Item levels.
Consumer Passport View
Responsive passport pages visible to consumers after scanning the QR code. With your branding, colors and logo, and on higher plans also under a branded domain.
Resolver & scan analytics
The resolver logs every scan: country (no IP, GDPR-safe), device type, timestamp. Scan heatmaps in every plan — 30-day window on Starter, 12 months on Growth, 24 months on Scale, unlimited on Enterprise.
Product Data Management
Flexible industry templates (JSONB). Textiles, batteries, electronics, furniture - each industry has a dedicated field set. Zero migrations for new categories.
Audit-grade passport history
Every change recorded with timestamp and author. Reconstruct in one click how the passport looked on any past date — ready for inspections and export to regulatory authorities.
Passport view ready for market languages
The consumer view is ready for the languages required in the markets where you sell. You add the product content, and OriginPass serves the right version after the scan.
Who does DPP affect and when?
ESPR and standalone sector regulations phase in DPP obligations by product group. Here are the key industries with the nearest confirmed or expected deadlines.
Batteries (EV, LMT, industrial)
Mandatory DPP from 18.02.2027The Battery Regulation requires passports for EV, light means of transport and industrial batteries >2 kWh. This is confirmed law.
Detergents and surfactants
Mandatory DPP from 23.09.2029Regulation 2026/405 requires DPPs for all detergents, including industrial and professional detergents, and for end-user surfactants from 23 September 2029.
Toys
Mandatory DPP from 01 Aug 2030Regulation 2025/2509 introduces a digital product passport for toys. Manufacturers should prepare material, safety and batch-identification data.
Textiles and footwear
Expected window: 2027-2029The Commission's Working Plan 2025-2030 foresees delegated acts for textiles. The fashion industry should prepare now.
Electronics and appliances
Expected window: 2028-2030Right to Repair and information requirements are driving DPP for electronics. Parts catalogs, repair instructions, Digital Twin.
Steel, aluminum and metals (CBAM)
Expected window: 2028-2030CBAM already requires emissions data for covered imports, while ESPR treats iron, steel and aluminium as priority areas for future product-data requirements.
From registration to print in 3 steps
No quarter-long implementations. No integrators. Start right away.
Add product data
Enter specifications manually or import CSV. The system automatically generates a GS1 Digital Link identifier (or temporary Internal ID).
Download QR codes
Get QR codes in PNG, SVG and PDF formats. Use them on labels, packaging or digital materials - they work immediately after scanning.
Analyze and manage
Track in real time who, where and when scans your products. Heatmaps and geographic reports give you the data to spot unusual traffic yourself — e.g. scans from markets where you don't sell yet.
Choose the setup that fits your stage
You can start on the shared OriginPass domain, move to a branded domain through the resolver, and only use a more advanced setup when IT, procurement or governance requires it.
Fastest way to go live
For teams that want to launch DPP quickly without bringing IT into the project on day one.
Your brand, the same resolver
For companies that want to print their own domain while keeping the routing layer and resolver logic managed by OriginPass.
Setup for more complex cases
For companies with higher security, domain, integration or procurement requirements.
Plans matched to the scale of your DPP rollout
Net prices per month, billed monthly.
