OriginPass

Terms of Service

Version: June 1, 2026

These terms govern access to OriginPass accounts, company workspaces and features available during closed testing. OriginPass provides its Terms of Service in English, which is the binding version.

1. Account and access

OriginPass is currently available by invitation or access code. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for keeping account information accurate and up to date.

2. Companies, roles and data access

You may create a company workspace or be added to an existing company or brand. Visibility of companies, brands and data depends on roles and permissions assigned in OriginPass. Company owners and administrators are responsible for inviting and removing users and for the accuracy of company and product data.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use OriginPass in a way that violates the law, system security or other people's rights. Prohibited activity includes unauthorized access attempts, interfering with the service, publishing unlawful content or knowingly entering misleading DPP data.

4. User data and content

Business and product data added to OriginPass remains yours or your company's data. You grant OriginPass the right to host, process and display that data only as needed to provide the service, including public passport endpoints when enabled.

5. Closed testing

During closed testing, features may change, be limited or be temporarily unavailable. We may restrict or suspend access when needed for security, service stability or legal compliance.

6. Fees and subscriptions

Closed-testing access may be free unless otherwise agreed. Paid plans, limits and company-level billing will be defined in pricing, plan settings or a separate agreement.

7. Liability

We use reasonable efforts to keep OriginPass stable and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every feature will be error-free. OriginPass is not a substitute for individual legal, regulatory or compliance advice.

8. Ending use

You may stop using OriginPass. A company owner may use the available options to delete a company, transfer ownership or restrict access. We may limit access in cases of abuse, security risk or legal requirements.

9. Intellectual property

OriginPass — including its software, design, trademarks and site content — remains the property of the operator. Your business and product data remains yours or your company's, as described in section 4. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service except to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

10. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, where the operator is based. Any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence are not affected.

12. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email where appropriate. Contact: contact@originpass.eu.
